A recent news article published by the Daily Mail online claims that 35% of British people would get into debt to pay for a holiday.
The figures, based on a survey carried out by travel guide specialist Lonely Planet, also revealed that only 1% of people would postpone or cancel their holiday plans because they couldn’t afford it. This is even more worrying when added to the charges people are racking up for using credit cards abroad.
