Carley Jones, Head of Advice at ClearDebt Group has been nominated in the Contact Centre Manager of the Year category.
Drawing on her vast experience in the debt industry, Carley has championed the creation and delivery of an extensive training programme for advisors, equipping her team with the skills they need to give clients accurate and professional advice and support.
The achievements of the Advice Contact Centre here at ClearDebt over the past couple of years has been staggering; on a daily basis our agents expertly navigate the delicate conversations of our financially strained clients, offering emotional support and tailored advice to alleviate their debt problems. Samuel Mond, Director of ClearCash has been nominated in the Director of the Year Category.
I am extremely pleased to be shortlisted in this category. The past 12 months has seen a huge upheaval of our ClearCash Current Account with prepaid MasterCard® card, evolving not only the product spec to provide a comprehensive suite of banking facilities, but also raising the profile of the brand as one of the leaders in our sector.
