As we entered into Autumn, it seemed only fitting that the cost of utilities came to the agenda at the Labour Party conference.
Party leader, Ed Milliband, told the conference that he would look to pass new laws to enforce a freeze for 20 months of a new Labour government while the energy sector faces an overhaul.
