* I believe this will increase at a faster rate in the coming months.
* This trend will probably continue to rise after employment begins to grow.

The Citizens’ Advice Bureaux (CAB) is a bit of a sacred cow. And to be fair it, at least in part, deserves to be. I’ve called on it myself, long time ago (last millenium, infact, before the web) and received a good head start to resolve a dispute. But, it was just a start.

The IVA Council has settled its High Court dispute with ClearDebt Limited by providing an apology to the company and agreeing, along with associated companies and individuals, to pay £250,000 in damages and costs.
