Book a face to face appointment with ClearDebt and Abacus
Find out how you can book an appointment to speak to one of ClearDebt and Abacus’ advisors face to face via Skype.
The ClearDebt and Abacus Advice Week starts on Monday 15th October and throughout the week we will be offering you the chance to make a face to face appointment via Skype with our debt management Advisors and Customer Services Officers.
We understand that taking the decision to seek advice can be a scary decision; being able to see who you’re to speaking for advice can make all the difference.

How to use Skype
If you’re not familiar with Skype, it’s a free service which allows users to video chat with each other. You can download Skype onto your PC via the this link and then clicking “join Skype”. Alternatively, Skype is available as a free downloadable application on most smartphones.
Once you have installed Skype you will be able to receive the video call from us. If you don’t have a web camera of your own, you will still be able to book an appointment and be able to see who you’re talking to.
Other Advice Week initiatives
Throughout Advice Week we are launching new services and working towards an improved way to communicate, connect and engage with you.
Most recently we have launched our Facebook and Twitter channels, facebook.com/clearlymoney, @clearlymoney

Since the development of ClearlyMoney we’ve also launched our cashback service, ClearlyCashback – a website which offers thousands of discounts and cashback offers from online retailers.
We hope you’ll make use of the face to face advice service and all our other new initiatives. Book your appointment now!
Please note, we are not a charity or government organisation and whilst our initial advice is free, we do charge a fee if you choose to use our services, find out more about our IVA fees and DMP Fees.
