ClearDebt Limited transfers IVA cases to Aperture

ClearDebt Limited (ClearDebt) is pleased to announce that it has passed the administration of the majority of our customers’ IVAs, where the creditors meeting took place prior to 14 January 2016, to IVA specialists Aperture Debt Solutions LLP (Aperture).

This transfer does not affect any customer’s IVA in any way. Monthly payments remain the same and bank details for payments are unaffected. Terms and conditions also remain exactly the same.

Aperture are a well-known and highly respected IVA provider and customers need have no concerns about the future administration of their arrangements.

All affected customers will have received a letter welcoming them to Aperture or will receive one shortly.

The transfer of these IVAs helps ClearDebt Group companies focus on our future plans to remain a provider of all debt resolution solutions.

Customers can be assured that we remain dedicated to putting in place the appropriate and fairest possible arrangements for customers and creditors – now and in the future.
