There are lots of debt payment calculators on the web. As far as we know our new IVA Calculator is the only one based on real data, from real people in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).
IVA Calculator: Calculate your monthly repayments in an IVA
Pull the top slider across til the box shows how much you owe on credit cards and loans. Leave out your mortgage, if you have one. Then pull the bottom slider across til you get to the figure you earn every month. Click next and you’ll see the amount people like you are actually paying in ClearDebt IVAs.
You may be surprised at how much less it is than you pay now – try it!
Real people, real data
First we chopped our database of more than 4,500 IVAs into very small groups and calculated what the average income was in each group. Then we worked out the average total unsecured debt each group owed. Our simple slider compares your figures to these real results. It shows you what, on average, someone like you is paying into their ClearDebt IVA every month.
But, people in IVAs save even more than just the difference between their debt payments now and what they pay in an IVA. Because Interest and charges are frozen, you could save thousands.
An IVA will, for many, cost less in total and see you debt free much faster than even a free debt management plan from a charity. The calculation of what you can afford will be similar but your IVA will usually last five years. Most debt management plans last a lot longer. So you pay more.
See what you could save
Click, and you’ll see what you could save. Of course, we’ll hope you’ll leave your details because you’ll want to find out more. But, unlike many other debt help sites on the web, we won’t make you fill in anything. There’s no catch.
This is real data, but we know everyone is different. And it isn’t just about money. Call one of our advisors on 0800 019 2095 and we’ll help you decide if an IVA is right for you. If it isn’t, we’ll signpost you to people who can help you with other solutions.
